“There are trains that run through all night long and woke us up. They offered a white noise machine but none of that made a difference with how loud the trains were. The entire time we were there they also had issues with WiFi and we never had Internet. We let them know and the response was "we have been having problems maybe we need to restart the system." But it was never fixed. Would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone”

“the a/c in the room never worked. it was so frustrating because it was the middle of summer. we did ask staff to come assist with the a/c. they did come and it worked for a little bit and then it stopped working again. it just didn't seem worth it to keep asking them to fix it when we knew it wouldn't work.”

“I can't say enough positive things about this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the lobby was big and open and welcoming. The room we had was a king size bed and queen size bed, with a couch. The room was so large, the beds so incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast had good food with lots of variety. Would recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you for a lovely stay!”

“Shelley at the front desk was amazing!! She went above and beyond for us. As for amenities, the limited selection of vending items was the reason for that rating. We arrived later and did not want a full meal and minimal items to choose from. Also the breakfast was a great hot breakfast. Just a suggestion to maybe have omelets with and without cheese for dietary restrictions with dairy items.”
