“Hotel vecchio, c'era puzza di piscio ovunque (colpa della pioggia e della moquette) e il lavandino ha buttato fuori un liquame nerastro. L'hotel andrebbe completamente rinnovato e la moquette sostituita”

“The first room we were given was poor. Carpet smelled. Room was dusty. Stove vent & light weren't working. Was a little disappointed for a Townplace Suites by Marriott. The room we were moved was a little better but room carpet still smelled. Bfast was ok. Location was ok. But overall, hotel needs to be renovated.”

“The overall was good enough, buy I was charged twice for a dinner. When I realized this fact, I sent a message via Expedia and after two weeks another email, but I haven't received any response yet. Moreover, the assistent at the reception has been very hasty with us, giving very poor info, both at the check in and the check out. For these reasons I must give a low evaluation.”

“Overall, the experience wasn't bad until the housekeeping cart that was left unsecured by hotel staff rolled off of the sidewalk and directly hit my vehicle that was parked in the parking stall for hotel guests. This occurred while I was sitting in my vehicle at the time. This occurred 2 days ago and hotel staff and management were informed in realtime with photos and hotel maintenance staff as a witness to what occurred, however they have not followed up with me to provide any solution or...
