Conveniently located in Belle River, our property is just a 3-minute drive to the marina. Launch your boat, enjoy a splendid dinner, or embark on a scenic cruise to the South shore gor a wine tour. Additionally, our location is ideal for snowmobiling and ice fishing enthusiasts.

Our space is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials and more to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for your family. From WiFi and Netflix to a fully stocked kitchen, iron, blow dryer, towels, and an array of kitchen appliances including a microwave, and toaster, we have considered every detail. Not to mention, we provide complimentary amenities such as kayaks, paddle boards, and a BBQ for your convenience. For a nominal charge, you can also make use of our fire pit and firewood. Ample outdoor seating is available, and our property is in close proximity to downtown and the marina.
During your stay, you will have exclusive access to a spacious backyard, perfect for outdoor games and gatherings around the fire pit. Convenient driveway parking, will fit your boat, right in front of your rental. Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in with auto locks and take advantage of the available board games for added entertainment.

Staycation over Christmas— perfect setting!

Had a wonderful getaway here, the home was well equipped and had everything we needed. Would love to stay here in the summer to enjoy the water.

Family Emergency

We came to town to visit a sick relative and ended up staying for a funeral. This rental was easy to book, the owners were excellent communicators, the home is clean and well equipped, and the property has a beautiful view. We are grateful they were able to accommodate us on short notice. Really lovely rental.

FANTASTIC

Great everything. Perfect. Beds Comfortable I have stayed in a few VRBO and there is nothing that they could do to make this property excellant. We loved the tree and Christmas Decorations brought such warmth.

Nice place!

Nice little quiet place on the beautiful Belle River with a huge driveway. Very clean inside and it had all the amenities we needed and more supplies than we would have ever expected. Only thing lacking would be a functioning range hood exhaust fan. We would definitely go back!

Great Locale, minor concerns

The proximity to the Belle River Marina and the center of Belle River is great. The owners have done a fantastic job with this property; it has been updated and has excellent amenities. You won’t want to get out of the rain-shower shower! There are 3 in-wall air conditioners and they are amazingly quiet. One in the main living area and one in each of the two bedrooms which lets you choose the temperature for your own sleeping comfort. There is a fenced-in pool listed but is not actually on this property. Since the property backs right onto the River, there was a lot of Canada geese that had to be run off the lawn and, of course, they left a lot of the usual goose mess so the back yard was basically out of commission. There are kayaks to use in the river, however launching them on the rocky shoreline was challenging. We stayed over the Canada Day weekend and expected a fair amount of late evening activity in the area however the neighbors on one side were playing basketball in the back yard until midnight one night, and the neighbors on the other side where a little loud and acted very strange when we were outside, which was as a little discomforting. All-in-all if you are looking for a clean, modern, comfortable space with room for 4-5 people and close to Belle River and Lake St Clair, this property is a great option.
