“Other than having to change rooms from the 4th to 1st floor because the elevators were not working the stay was seamless. They informed me before we arrived and the 1st floor worked out perfectly, so no problem at check in.the free breakfast was good and the pool was clean and refreshing not to mention we had it to ourselves both days. ”

“First I most say that I checked in on Sunday Oct. 27 and I checked out on Nov. 3, 2024. My check in the young lady at the desk was very nice and she smiled when assisting me and answering my questions. My room was clean and nice. I had a few missing items that others stole from the room. I reported it and the Manager Mrs. Leslie was so nice to help replace everything. During this week stay I saw her and other staff members and they were always smiling and in good spirits. Everything is around...

“This is my first time staying at the Zaza location. I’ve stayed in the medical district and at the one in Dallas and I think I’ve even visited the one in Austin for brunch once. This was my first time in Memorial city Zaza. Oh my goodness! I wasn’t told that I was being upgraded and wow what a wonderful surprise! I was given the beach suite and it was so beautiful! Will definitely come back.”
