“Staff were very kind and friendly, room was clean...However, shower curtain was moldy, pool was broken, ice machines were both out of order. Two towels were in our room when we arrived, but every day after that we returned to our room to find one was taken. When we asked for a second, they quickly got one, but it was removed before we could use it the next morning.”

“Breakfast was excellent. The pictures of the double queen room show an oversized comfy chair- this did not exist. They say it sleeps 5... without that chair the teen slept on the floor. Although I think he had it best because the beds were rock hard anyway. The pool and hot tub were good, staff was nice (and patient since my CC decided to flag and freeze my card since I didnt tell them I was vacationing).”
