“This is our second stay in this hotel. Rooms are big, beds are comfy, washroom is huge. Breakfast is amazing. Staff is ao nice.”

“The room was nice but the beds were very hard, lumpy, and both beds had squeaky springs. Every minor movement made loud creaking and it woke my baby up throughout the night. The pool heater and hottub jets were both broken. The staff were polite but also very pushy for us to purchase their private parkade parking, however we were fine on the street.”

“Suite was spacious. The pull out bed was very comfortable for our 5 year old son and the bedroom was seperate and private so we could stay up after he went to bed. The view of the river was beautiful. We all loved the pool and the restaurant served a really delicious breakfast. Great location. We will definitely stay here again.”

“great clean hotel, well organized, ad good staff. Parking was a bit tight though, and hotel is next to a train line, however, we were not disturbed by the train passing sounds.”

“The hotel was very clean and beds were very comfortable. We were here on a golf trip and one of the guys had a medical issue. When they went to the front desk to get directions to the hospital the staff were all over it and immediately took control and the hospitality van driver offered to take him to the hospital. Once there he gave his card to the patient and said call when you need a ride home. Thanks for this would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Room was clean,this is a very tired hotel in the lobby area, out front the side walks were messy with debris not swept, felt very run down, the breakfast was not complimentary it was 20.00 each for the same stuff we could get a breakfast included hotel. Was not worth it at all.”

“It's not the worst hotel I've stayed in, but it had its issues. One of the two lightbulbs was burned out and not replaced. I get that the maintenance crew had left by the time I reported the issue, but it would have been nice to have it working for Saturday night. None of the power outlets were convenient to the desk, which was so wobbly as to be nearly unusable as such. Other furnishings showed their age, but that was cosmetic and didn't bother me. As for the room, it was nice and spacious,...
