“the dog just wondering one of the elevators was completely shut down and you could not access the stairs at all because of construction going on over the entire first floor blocking access to the stairs. this led to very slow progress going up and down the elevator since we were on the 6th floor. I don't remember seeing anything about all the construction work going on but it also included closure of the gym which we had prepared to use. they were kind enough to give us a small refund for not...
