“There was a washcloth left hanging in the shower when we arrived, the shower curtain was yellow and smelled of urine. The fire alarm was hanging by wires from the wall and not working. The top lock on the inside of the door was broken off and useless. Thankfully we only needed the room for 7 hours, it was scary..”

“The property was clean, quiet and the view of the city was a hit! Basic living in a modern luxury apartment. The beds were comfortable. We lived the fitness center-easily accessible and quiet. Every time we visit family in Cleveland, this will be our “go-to” stay.”

“Even around the exterior landscaping lots of weeds, room not as pictured very old dusty couch moths flying around room when turn lights on and entered. Badly damaged scuffed shower/tub walls. Not even a chair and table in the room. Supposed to be a suite and pictures having separate room for couch and a little desk/work station and that was not the case at all. Breakfast was a joke. The worst grossest hotel breakfast ever experienced. Woman was interviewing and complaining about housekeepers...

“One of the elevators was down and there was other construction going on but overall it didn’t affect us much. The waitress for breakfast was fantastic. Her name was Channel. We especially thought she went over the top to give us great service.”
