“Nice rooms, clean rooms but I was charged 35.00 to be allowed in my room before the 4:00 check in.”

“The parking situation is an abomination and should be included, the back entrance and elevator is a back alley eyesore, our room reserved 4 weeks in advance, was not ready for a hour, the loud base from a wedding function pounded until after two in the morning.”

“On my second last night I was bit by bed bug. Then gaslit when I left that I’m wrong. I know what a bed bug is , it also left me with many bite marks on my face and chest yet I was told it was no big deal. These were bed bugs.”

“Room was large and clean, staff was friendly. Included breakfast was convenient. Pillows were too high as hotels usually are. Was a bit surprised to find some families living at the hotel. Overall, good value.”
