“Friendly front desk greeting, smooth greeting, refreshments available from restaurant, Starbucks good, good bed. But no shower hot water, toilet that wouldn't flush completely, erratic coffee maker and no microwave in the room. Sticky elevator lobby floor, visibly dirty, and left for 24 hours.”

“I booked this room for valentines day and I had called staff to say I would be checking in late which they was fine with. On arrival, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. Overall decent experience for the value of money paid.”

“This room had all the essentials - a microwave, a mini fridge, free WiFi, free parking, a tv, and it was the cheapest rate I could find on short notice. It looks rough and could be cleaner, but I felt safe here and was able to relax for a few days, so overall I’m not complaining. It’s a great value for what is provided. Thank you to the staff 🙏”
