“Beautiful pool and grounds area with nice outdoor couches in sun or shade. Lobby area was very large and perfect of our party of 14 as we all arrived at different times. We were able to sit, talk, share pizzas and be comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, getting us paper plates and utensils. They have a business area with a printer, for our bagtags (cruise) and a wonderful hot breakfast. Our rooms were spacious. The whole party was happy with our stay. Thank you!”

“Property under construction, only had one working dryer and people had to wait to wash and dry clothes. Had to pay $15 / day parking to park at hotel but got two days waived by downloading IHG app. The employees were very helpful and nice. The area wasn’t to bad to stay at.”

“Air conditioning smelled, didn’t provide with amenities/ utilities. I’ve stayed at hotels and they all provide with toilet paper, hair products as in shampoo/conditioner, iron, ice machines, etc. There were some areas in the bathroom that were dirty. Staff took a picture of me after checking out which doesn’t make sense because the hotel was paid for and left on property timing and it’s an abuse against my will without my permission. “Clean room , great staff and shops nearby ”

“Really beautiful, extremely clean, completely modernized. Lovely bathroom, soft fluffy towels, and really sweet staff, all of them-apart from the women working the SPA desk the day we checked in. Really awful attitude. I asked if they had any availability for any treatments and she was just rude. I get it they were pretty booked up but she couldn’t even be bothered to look at me to answer. She put a real damper on the whole stay. ”

“Lady that put out the breakfast was friendly and worked hard to get things set up. Gentleman behind the desk at check-in was extremely unfriendly. Parking was easy and comfortable. Room was clean.”

“The manager was amazing and so was Daya but the others were awful. The 2nd night we were there the emergency alarm went off and we went down 13 flights of stairs with 2 children to find out the system was broken and they were "trying" to fix it. There was no notifications, no one apologizing nothing. Went off 6 more times in a 2 day period. No idea if there would ever be a real emergency. Plus woke us up twice with small children.
