“None of the basic complimentary items were provided and when enquired they mentioned that there is a high demand and supply issue and hence could not provide any of those. Though the staff explained the situation as a chain of hotels and management its staff responsibility that these things are taken care up front. Also their standard check in time is 1pm and checkout time is 11am. Despite of what ever time we check in the checkout is next day at 11am. This is a big negative side of booking...

“Amazing resort and staff. The spa massuese boss, Raja, was very kind to arrange a surprise birthday cake for my mom's 70th birthday. Only some parts of the room and resort was old and needed renovation. But amazing staff, resort, breakfast buffet spread. Will visit again!”
