This gem is tucked into a unique & private location deep into Beach O' Pines; the most exclusive & secluded private beach/gated community in the booming year round beach town of Grand Bend. It is 550 feet or 1.5 minute walk to the private sandy beach of Lake Huron.

Enjoy an upscale, private family cottage location with all the amenities of modern living. A bright and spacious brand new modern home that can sleep 10 comfortably. 5 spacious bedrooms (2 with ensuites) 4 full bathrooms and 2 car garage.

The oversized front door enters into a stellar great room with soaring beamed ceilings & an ideal layout for entertaining large family groups. This space allows for ample conservation around the the chef's style kitchen with all brand new appliances, oversized in-sink island with wine cooler & the living/dining area with a gas fireplace. There are multiple doors leading to an enclosed porch and an expansive deck overlooking your private forest & wonderful outdoor living spaces. The superb main level master with gas fireplace, ensuite bath & California Closet walk-in is just as strong! With 2 master suite assemblies.
There are three smart TVs mounted each with thier own brand new Apple Tvs.

Air conditioning, Heat, Massive deck, as well as a, screened in 3 season room.

Security cameras around the outside property for guest/property safety.

Perfect Getaway Spot

My friends and I had a great time at this cottage! It is spacious, has excellent amenities and household items, great outdoor space and easy access to the beach. Would absolutely stay again!

Incredible property and experience

This is an amazing property in the heart of Beach O' Pines. 2 minute walk out the back to the beach path, and all beach gear you could need provided. My wife and I went with 7 friends for a wedding in the area and could not have been happier. A great little break from all of our kids (LOL) but it would have been great for our kids too. Kitchen had everything you could need, rooms were large and clean, layout was great. Fire pit was awesome and the hot tub worked great. The only dings were minor: (1) there wasn't shower/bath soap or shampoo and conditioner provided, so bring your own. There was hand soap for the sinks and dish soap for the kitchen and dishwasher detergent. (2) There was an iron but no ironing board. (3) There was no fire wood provided, so grab some cords before your first night if you want to light up the fire pit. (4) The video game console doesn't work. Not a huge deal for us, but good to know going in. The owner, Mana, was extremely responsive and helpful to any questions we had. Highly recommend this property for anyone. If we're ever able to return to the area we'll be staying at this house again.

Family getaway

We couldn’t be happier when we landed at our home away from home in Beach O Pines. The nearness to the private beach was wonderful for the children. The property was so well equipped and clean and modern - loved it! We couldn’t stop talking about what an exceptional property it was. Thank you.

fantastic getaway!

my wife and I stayed for a month while we got renos done on our home and it was the perfect home away from home. the property is fantastic and the location is great as well. would highly recommend a stay here!

Outstanding experience!!

The property is absolutely clean and stylish. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distances to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. The decor is well appointed, modern design with lofty high ceilings and comfortable in all aspects Mana was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The chalet/cottage was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location and experience. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again for sure!
