The house has one suite and two bedrooms, all of them featuring queen-Size Beds, central heating and AC units.

The house has 2 complete bathrooms with shower. You will also find a service bathroom on the barbecue area, next to the pool.

￫ Living Room
The Living Room has a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and decorative fireplace.

A barbecue area in a beautiful garden with a lunch table for 6 people is available for you.

￫ Swimming pool
The pool is seasonal and it's open from May 1st to September 30th. It has a minimum depth of 1 meter and a maximum depth of 1.60m.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, stove and coffee maker (coffee not included).

￫ Laundry
The washing machine is located outside in a designated area.

Most people come to Lamego – a prim, prosperous town 10km south of the Rio Douro – to see (and possibly to climb) the astonishing baroque stairway that zigzags its way up to the Igreja de Nossa Senhora dos Remédios. The old town centre itself has a mix of winding narrow lanes and tree-lined boulevards, with spotlit medieval landmarks looming from almost every angle. Connoisseurs also swear by Lamego’s raposeira, the town’s famously fragrant sparkling wine, which provides a fine break between bouts of port.

Lamego is a natural base for exploring the half-ruined monasteries and chapels in the surrounding environs, one of which dates back to the time of the Visigoths.

Lamego has four urban lines: the green line, blue line, yellow line and red line, of small buses called Verdinhos.
It has a trucking center with daily and weekly transportation to various points of the country. It also has several daily connections to neighboring cities (Régua and Tarouca) and practically all the parish headquarters of the county.
There are two taxi ranks, one in the downtown area (Av. Visconde Guedes Teixeira) and another in the upper area (Praça do Comércio).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis - replacements or re-fills are not provided. All other items must be acquired by the guest.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Baby Crib is available upon request and subject to an extra fee;
￫ In order to ensure your safety and in accordance with Covid-19 best practices, our properties are always cleaned by a professional cleaning service.
￫ Coal and firewood are not provided.
￫ Barbecue must be left clean.
￫ On Saturday mornings (9 am to 1 pm), the gardener will be on site to maintain the garden.
￫ Please leave the Sun Umbrella closed when not in use (especially on windy days).
￫ The automatic irrigation takes place at 06:00 and 22:00.
￫ Surveillance cameras are turned off when guests are at the property.
￫ Please leave garbage in the containers and the house in the same condition as you found it.
￫ Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
