“Comfortable, well appointed flat with an impressive view from master bedroom. Clean and spacious inside. Check-in via 'Check My Guest' was friendly. A few hints for others guests. Phone rather than text 'check my guest' at check-in. Text/ WhatsApp doesn't work. There were a few maintenance issues. For example, the shared vestibule to apartment block was unclean. The outdoor space was affected by pigeon droppings.Overall, a pleasant stay but a little more attention to the maintenance issues...

“The location of this apartment is amazing. It is situated on Rue de Abbesses which is one of the main avenues of Monmartre with all of the fabulous shops and restaurants. Walkable to everything. The apartment is located at ground level within an off-street courtyard and therefore is pretty private. That said, there are no views from apartment as there are only a couple windows looking out into the courtyard itself (which is not that scenic). “The apartment was in a good location as a base for exploring Paris and very close to the Sacre Coeur. The communication with the property manager was really good with regular exchange of messages through the VRBO app. On arrival the check in instructions were clear but relied on someone answering an intercom but there was no response - we were eventually let in by another resident in the building which made it stressful. Whilst the Montmatre area is lovely the specific street felt less safe....

“The apartments was very comfortable and I was surprised they listed it as “cozy” when it was a fairly large apartment. The area felt very safe. The only issue with the apartment is the noise at night with young gentleman talking and playing music on the corner. Also you could hear a lot of noise in the morning when the market below opened. Great location to explore Montmarte and two different metro lines nearby so easy access to all of Paris. ”
