This is a great house for families and couples who want to getaway to the peaceful Northern Neck, Virginia. We have paid attention to details that make for an enjoyable stay. The mattresses are new, the linens are high end and all the details are handled. Our dock is great for fishing and the sun. If the heat is too much, swim. Tie a raft to the dock and float your day away. Kayaks and Paddle Board provided.

* Year-round home with A/C and heating with a deep-water dock. Minutes to the Rappahannock.

* A comfy family room with a big family sofa. There is a hallway to a full bath, and a washer/dryer. Upstairs is a full kitchen, dining room, and game space for the entire family.
* The great room upstairs offers an additional living space for the family to enjoy the view of the Rivah. We put a foosball table upstairs in the great room.
* Private space off the great room upstairs with office desk for school and work.
* Various outdoor games are in the Fun Shack.
* Frisbee golf and more.
* The main floor living room has a 55" smart tv. Starlink Wifi. Vizio Tv's. Chromecast.
* The kitchen is packed for a home-cooked celebration, with basic condiments and pantry items stocked.
* A selection of family games like Monopoly, Sorry, Yahtzee, Risk, Cards Against Humanity, Over The Line, and more await your family's shenanigans.
