Questo lussuoso appartamento al piano inferiore con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni, affacciato sulla baia di Lancelin, offre tutti i comfort di un alloggio in stile resort. Fornire un facile accesso alla spiaggia ea pochi passi da negozi, taverne e ristoranti.

La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto matrimoniale con porte a soffietto che si aprono sul balcone e bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio, doccia doppia. La seconda camera dispone di 2 letti singoli che possono essere uniti per formare una doppia e ha il proprio bagno privato con doccia, WC e toeletta.

Vi è una grande area soggiorno con comodo divano, TV a parete, aria condizionata e tavolo da pranzo. L'angolo cottura offre un grande frigorifero, forno a microonde, piastra elettrica e lavastoviglie. C'è un salotto e un balcone sul retro della proprietà e al piano inferiore offre agli ospiti una lavanderia in comune, doccia esterna e cortile comune. Biancheria completa fornita. L'appartamento al piano superiore è disponibile anche in affitto.

Double shower but one shower head missing. Water damage all over the wooden floors. Place has a damp smell to it. Location was great and views were good. Not worth the cost charged. Stayed as luxury but place was far from it. If possible try and book in the apartments next door.

Sunset sensation

Had to wait 3/4 of an hour and two phone calls on arrival at the property manager for access, and then was advised I was a day early which was incorrect. Not having internet was disappointing, no internal laundry facilities or equipment was available for cleaning and the stick vac didn’t work.

Owner very attentive to property maintenance.

Very noisy during high winds, house whistling the whole time. Also the footsteps for the floor above are very loud. Great location, but wouldn’t stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect and it was fantastic to watch the sunset over the ocean from the balcony. The unit was very clean and well furnished. The blinds on the front window and door however are unfortunately poorly installed and need attention before they completely fall down. We had another issue the second day of our vacation when the unit above became occupied. You can hear the other guests walking around loudly and for some reason their smoke alarm kept going off which triggered ours. This was in the evening and when we tried calling management it just went to message bank. The next morning the alarm continued to go off at least 8 more times before a very helpful manager arrived and organised an electrician. I still feel concerned there is some kind of wiring issues in this building. Once these issues are addressed this is a great getaway location.

A1 for location

Having the beach track access over the road and the hole in the van coffee shop within a minutes walk the location is perfect for a relaxed getaway with ocean views, plenty of parking for 2 cars and kids could ride their bikes and play on the green grass. On check in, the manager had us in our original booked accomodation up the road. I explained i had switched and she was adamant I had not, i called the office and they confirmed i was booked where i should have been and i received access to the keys from them. On entry of the unit we noticed the cracked floor boards and cornices (the unit needs maintenance) no kids cups so i grabbed a coffee cup out of the cupboard, it had coffee stains, grabbed another cup and it was even worse 🤢. (Dishwasher sorted that!) Bedroom sliding doors had cobwebs between them (no deep covid clean before our stay on this surface). Being on the first floor you can hear the upper floors movements.

Great Location

The location is excellent. However, the unit needs some maintenance, especially the doors and there has been water leakage in the master bedroom from the bifold doors. Attention to cleaning is needed and in particular the back porch, door tracks and blinds.It is advertised as a luxury property but is not being maintained at this level,The property manager needs to update client information such as Wifi access and password other time is wasted on phone calls.

Great Stay

Had a wonderful stay at this property. The view from the balcony was amazing as it is just next to the beach. Main bedroom's bathroom had a great holiday touch to it with the hot tub and big windows! :)
