    Escape to this brand new build nestled in a wooded private setting in Land O' Lakes, WI, just minutes away from lakes, ATV/UTV trails, snowmobile trails, and downtown convenience.     Step outside onto the large deck overlooking the lush woods or relax in the spacious screened 3 seasons room, perfect for enjoying the fresh air without any pesky bugs. Gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars or fire up the gas grill for a delicious BBQ with family and friends.



    Inside, you'll find a well-equipped work-from-home desk area, ideal for remote work or catching up on emails. The house features modern amenities such as central AC, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a washer/dryer for your convenience.

    Things to Know:

    There is a backup generator if power goes out, 75% of the house is operational in the event power outage.

    Snow plowing of the driveway is done when 6 inches of snow or more fall.

    Paddle boards are available to take to the surrounding lakes.

    For remote work, two monitors and a printer are on-site to make work easy.

The most STOCKED cabin we've ever stayed at. Anything you need, its there... well labeled. Spacious, quiet location, brand new and a pleasure to stay and cook here. Would love to come back in the Summer, but for this snowmobile trip... perfect. 1/4 mile from the trail head, garage... it was the best.

Beautiful & well-stocked home

The home was very new, clean, and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals (and more!). Comfortable beds and bedding. Lots of bathrooms, which was great for a group. Can not recommend enough! Great value for the Northwoods.

Beautiful clean newer home

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. It was well stocked and we could get to the snowmobile trails easily. There were six of us and we had plenty of room.

Was good after getting In the driveway. Was hardly plowed and could barely get truck with snowmobile trailers in without getting stuck. Had to back in from the road even though the description stated it had a large driveway to accommodate trucks and trailers. One group member had to park on the road due to the driveway being impassable by a standard car

Beautiful new home.

Bed was comfortable, I now want a Ninja coffee maker. Very much appreciated all the amenities provided. Took a short bike ride and lots of walks. Great location for us being close to town and near our own property we hope to build on soon. We would surely rent again.

Late January snowmobile trip

Absolutely wonderful location, plenty of sleeping room and a really great place to come back to and relax after a day of snowmobiling. About a 1/4 mile from the bear trap/black oak inn, so dinner options were close to home.Very nice and tidy place, extra showers/bathrooms a big plus. Many amenities on site, including plenty of games if you’re bringing kids. Looking forward to bringing the family back up here in the summer for an atv trip!!
