Hotel con piscina a Landford

“All hotel we saw needs completely updating and a refit. Bed too small for two and taxi rank just outside meant it was noisy till very late. Sink not in tiny shower room. We actually enjoyed our stay though as weather thankfully good, there was parking and our breakfast was cooked well and fresh and friendly staff.”

“The main building is beautiful and grade one listed. The gardens were lovely and there was a great sense of history inside and out of the building. We sat out on the terrace with a drink and enjoyed the sunshine. Rather large queues at the bar. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately, the pool and the lift down to it showed signs of needing some TLC. We didn't have a TV remote, and when we tried to phone, we couldn't get through to the reception, as it was constantly engaged...
