When we tried to call and text multiple times, over the course of 30 minutes, there was no response. We then had to leave, and find other accommodations at the last minute. This was incredibly disappointing, as we had already paid in full, and there has been no word about a refund. DO NOT book here, they will...

“We had a fun stay at this accommodation. It was a perfect location to be in, close to downtown, amenities, Hwy 1 going to west or Banff. Kids and family had a fun time playing in the set up of the basement, with the games and rooms were decent size and clean. Host was easy to communicate with and all was ready when you check in. A+++”

“Wonderful, cozy stay at this property. The host gave us a warm welcome and was there to see us on our way out. It was in a nice neighborhood and loved that parking in the driveway was an option. Would gladly stay again!”

“A convenient hotel and very clean with helpful staff. The day we arrived the name was changed from Best Western to Coast which caused a few minor technology hiccups.. The room was spacious with ample storage drawers. The swimming pool was popular though we didn't use it. One negative was the restaurant on-site which was understaffed, maybe because of Canada Day, with 2 people struggling to do all the work.”

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Only issue is they only clean the rooms every three days. If you want towels you have to leave out a door tag and hope someone sees it.”
