“We had a late check in and staff was friendly, and quick. The breakfast was hot and a had adequate options.”

“The staff and environment at the front entrance leave much to be desired. Staff offered minimal information and actually didn’t even acknowledge me when I dropped the keys off in the am. The front desk counter is excessively high which was like a barrier between me and the staff. Front entrance appears sterile and uninviting. The back parking lot is a disgrace with garbage and gravel. The AC was noisy in the room and had to shut it off to get some sleep. So much for thinking I would have a...
