“It was hard to tell whether to give it a 4 star or 5 star result to the amenities and maintenance because they were in the midst of finishing a renovation to their front entry. They were managing the disruption quite well, though.”

La piscina molto bella, con scelta di acqua calda o fredda, anche se l'idromassaggio non funzionava. “The property is extremely dated except the main lobby. Staff were friendly but had little to work with. Room had only the bare requirements. No vending machines. No bottled water. Main lobby has no provisions for people with mobility issues. I do not recommend this location.”

“Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura come base di appoggio per visitare le Thousand Islands. L'hotel è collegato alla Queens university ed è sede di congressi, dotato di camere pulite e spaziose nonchè di parcheggio gratuito. Lo staff è stato cordiale e disponibile.Nelle immediate vicinanze non c'è nulla ma spostandosi con l'auto a 5 minuti ci sono ristoranti e locali vari. ”
