“There were insects all over the room. I think they were roaches, newly hatched. By the time we got back to the room it was late before we noticed the infestation. I let front desk and housekeeping know. I think they should reimburse us for the room. ”

The check in process dimmed my immediate impression as the staff person was very impersonal and cold, unfriendly. But then the manager entered and he was kind and informative, helpful then and later. Overall, our review of the Apt is very favorable. Will stay again. ”

“Overall the place worked for our week. Internet was sufficient. There is a $100 deposit that isn't listed anywhere online. On our first night, we mentioned we had a service dog and were not charged a pet fee. When we extended our stay, they charged us a pet fee saying we never told them even though I had the communication. They made a fuss about having to check the room to refund the pet fee.
