“The registration process was too slow over 30 minutes. The receptionist has to double check whether the room was ready for guests. The room was not clean the next day at 2:30pm, we just requested for new towels. Due to the popularity of the hotel, the management should hire more cleaning staff to get the rooms ready for guests.”

“This hotel is very convenient and clean. The staff, though few, are very helpful and efficient. Wifi in the room is very good. Laundry at every odd level, L7, L9 and L11. 3kg for 600yen, include dryer. You can change the coins at reception. I like their skin care set. I will stay in this hotel again if I visit Yokohama.”
