“Very central, convenient location. Extremely spacious room and bathroom. Well thought out extras, such as wine glasses, corkscrew, first aid kit. Extremely nice gesture of breakfast and juice. Fresh milk. We got there slightly early, I phoned and asked if it would be ok to check in, answered promptly and no problem with early check in. Free on-street parking very nearby. The beach at The Mumbles is not far and very picturesque. Thoroughly recommend Patrick’s Boathouse.”

“Hot bath tap didn't work so moved to another room. The curtains in there were so thin that the outside lights were so bright in my room and made it really hard to sleep. The whole place needs an upgrade. Beautiful building but lots of damp water leak patches in ceilings of corridors and in therestaurant.”

“The hotel is modern and therefore has contemporary facilities. We use the swimming pool, sauna and steam room on two occasions they were all clean and hygienic.
The hotel is slightly outside the centre of the city but easily accessible and we’re able to drive along the coast and see the beautiful coastline.”

“LLWYN Country House is tucked away and down a little lane offering a peaceful stay and close to so many amenities and recreational facilities. Ideally situated for sporting events in Llanelli, the Millenium coastal path , Pembrey Sands, the Gower peninsula and the Carmarthenshire coastline. We received a very warm welcome and a wonderful evening meal and breakfast. Marius is an excellent host and chef and strives for quality.
We would thoroughly recommend and hope to return in the future.”
