Residence a Lands End

“The accommodation was in a lovely village near plenty of other places of interest. The pub was great and the staff were all very good and the food was excellent. The room and facilities were also good. The simple reason for the average rating is that our room had an air conditioner unit on the wall right outside our window which was very noisy. I asked about this after the first night and they were aware of this but I was told unfortunately it was needed to cool the cellar. This was going on and...

“Very comfortable. Clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.”

“Generally the property was very nice. The insruction for the front door after hours was a bit confusing. We got back to the hotel after hours and the fob did not work. Had to bang on the front door to be let in. It was only about 11.10 pm not that late.”

“Many thanks to Fiona for being such a kind and welcoming and friendly host. The room was lovely and clean and comfortable and the whole house beautifully decorated and with a calm feel. Breakfast was excellent served in the dining room. Easy parking in a free car park just a few minutes walk away. We had a lovely time, thank you.”

“Well appointed inn with quite a history! Enjoyed the helpful staff—Laundry done for me was a great help for a fee🇨🇦”
