Cottage a Penzance

“I spent a week here in early September and was very impressed. In terms of location, it's about a 10-minute walk to the town centre and a further 5 minutes to the bus & rail stations. The Western Promenade and a Lidl store are literally just around the corner. The accommodation is very modern, clean and very well equipped (oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, TV). There's an open-plan living/kitchen area downstairs with a small 2-seater sofa plus a small dining table & 2 dining chairs.Upstairs...

“Great accommodation for my Wife and I and our dog. Text from the hosts letting us know when it was ready a bit earlier was a very nice touch. Very clean and tidy with all the equipment needed for our short stay. Lovely views of the area and a great location for exploring. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area rather than the impersonal stay of a hotel.”

“A lovely lodge in a great location. The wine, biscuits and milk welcome pack is a very nice touch. It is very comfortable and well equipped, although the shower door was difficult to use. It is in a very quiet and peaceful setting but within an easy drive of either Penzance or St Ives for those shopping essentials or going to the beach.”

“Excellent stay, the host thought of everything and some Thank you very much”

“Beautiful house with an amazing view. We loved it”

“This holiday home was excellent and the location was great. Landlords were very friendly and everything went very well. Thank you!”

“Nice accommodation in a good position ”

“Great location for what we wanted and the rooms were lovely. Good value and we’d definitely come back. ”

“Fab house very comfortable and superb location right on the beach opposite St Michael's Mount. Only negative (unless you are a trainspotter) is the adjacent railway line but trains are no more frequent than about one every 10 minutes and don't run through the night. Already planning a return visit.”

“What a wonderful stay we had at Walter. The house is very well maintained with lots of thoughtful little extras and decorations. Communication with the property owners worked like a charm, key was on site with a code sent to us for opening the box directly at the front door. We would love to come back, enjoyed our time at this fantastic little cottage.”
