“Very pleasant 1 night stay. No complaints about anything. Hope to return in summer to enjoy the garden. Very popular with the locals by the look of it. It would be my choice of place to meet friends and family if I were local. Loved the roaring real fire when we arrived on a cold wet day. ”

“The interior of the property was disappointing. Beds were not made and the pillows were very poor. The kitchen was perfect, the living room average, and the toilets were very clean and tidy. “Loved this hotel. We stayed in one of the self catering lodges which was great. Lodge was spacious and had everythigg no we needed travelling with young children. We used the hotel swimming pool and explored the grounds. Great location, easy to park and charge EV and in an excellent location for what we wanted. Staff helped with any query we had. The only thing I’d love to see was a few more condements in the lodge, what would be available if we stayed in the hotel. Will definitely stay again”
