This beautifully designed space accommodates up to five guests, featuring a comfortable Queen-sized bed, a Queen-size sofa bed, and a Single sofa bed, making it perfect for couples or small families. The apartment is equipped with a modern bathroom filled with amenities for a soothing experience. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a fully-equipped kitchen. The living area, designed with relaxation in mind, leads to a balcony that showcases stunning ocean views, offering an idyllic backdrop for morning coffees or evening relaxation. Located within walking distance to the ocean, our guests can easily explore the sandy beaches, indulge in local dining, and immerse themselves in the vibrant culture, ensuring a memorable stay at our oceanfront haven.
We offer complimentary airport pick - up for guests arriving from 1100H to 1800H, subject to prior reservation and vehicle's availability. Airport pick up should be confirmed by Condo Manager 1 day prior to arrival. Please message our Condo Manager, via contact details below to inquire availability.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
⮚ Standard Check – in Time is at 1500H. Early check in from 1300H onwards is complimentary, subject to availability. Please contact us prior to arrival to avoid any inconvenience should you be arriving earlier than the standard check – in time. Early check – in fee of Php 1,000 is charged from 0600H – 1200H subject to confirmation and availability.

⮚ Guests will be welcomed by one of our team members upon arrival in the building. You may contact the number provided by our team member upon arrival should you need immediate assistance during your stay.

⮚ Standard Check – out time is at 1100H. Late check – out from 1100H – 1300H is complimentary, subject to availability. Late check out requests will be confirmed one day prior to your departure. Late check out fee of Php 1,000 is charged from 1300H – 1800H subject to confirmation and availability while late check out from 1800H onwards will incur a full night charge.
Room check will be conducted prior to the guest's departure. Please communicate to us through the number provided by our team member upon arrival.

Our unit is located in La Mirada Residences in between Crimson Resort and Shangri-La Mactan. It is 20-30 minutes away from the airport and 10 minutes away from Mactan Newtown where you can easily find restaurants, coffee shops, groceries and ATMs.
