Good but Restaurant must be improved
Forget the restaurant....lazy service it took 15 minutes to get cold water .they take your ordr and they forget you at the table. The restaurant it s full of flies At check in: it is better to forget you get a smile and do not complain about anything they take it personally. Beautiful location, good rooms, fair prices but service very poor.

Personale professionale e bella struttura
Struttura molto bella per posizione, design e attrezzature. Tuttavia non è zona nella quale fare il bagno in mare. L'acqua della spiaggia privata è molto sporca. In mare aperto praticamente i coralli non esistono più.

A property with potential
Our stay didn’t start well. We tried to contact the resort to say we would be checking in late, but no one answered at the number listed on Hotels.com. A Filipino friend was able to contact them through Facebook messenger. We learned they had no record of our reservation. I used the chat feature on Hotels.com app to find out what we should do. They were also unable to contact the property. I then spoke to the reservation support person who gave us some options. One was to pay the price of the reservation and they would book another place. I didn’t like this option because we couldn’t check the possible places because I only had my phone and I was busy chatting with the online support. We decided to go to the resort and see what we could work out. We were able to get the room we had booked at the price we wanted. The resort is understaffed, but the staff they do have is friendly and helpful. The place looks like it is still trying to recover from a major typhoon from a few years ago. Our first room was deluxe garden view. There were a few problems: no towels, tv remote didn’t work, the bathtub wouldn’t hold water because of a bad stopper, the bulb on the veranda was burnt out. We called the front desk and things were fixed quickly. The next day we moved to an ocean view room. It was much nicer and it turned out to be a free upgrade. The infinity pool is very nice. This could be a very good resort if the company has the resources to get everything fixed.

The property needs better customer service. I booked for my daughter who is currently on her summer vacation. She was with her cousins, so we booked additional rooms because the resort refused them to walk around or even check out the place. Even if they walk to the side of the swimming pool, someone will follow them and bring a piece of paper to try to collect payments. The resort collected other fees upon checkout, saying it was for an upgrade. Please stay away from this resort. They're ripped off. The resort itself is terrible—tiny swimming pool and bugs all over.

Il y a plusieurs piscines, de jolis modules pour se détendre, le personnel est très gentil. Mais il n’y absolument à l’extérieur du resort alors que le restaurant est peu intéressant, la « navette » pour l’aéroport peu ponctuelle et très difficile d’y faire venir un taxi..

We chose family suite, the couch soo dirty, there' a terrace but wont provide tables and chairs if u want room service..i've stayed here before no improvement sa room, locks and the breakfast food, what happened, no longer buffet?!!..ok lang ala carte but longganisa of jollibbee is much yummier than what they served...never ever will i come.back to that resort!!!

Pools felt unclean, the room felt like it hadn't been cleaned and in the sink in the bathroom there was rust. Bedsheets smelled old. Overall it felt like this place might have been good 15 years ago but they havent maintained it. Restaurant were really expensive for what you get and the food was quite dry. Apprently you have to ask them to clean the room as well each day... What was supposed to be a 3 night stay turned into a 2 night stay. This place is not worth the price, maybe if it cost around 20 eur/night but not 100 eur/night for sure.

海沿いのホテルなので、岸辺で釣りができると想像していたが、実際は泥の遠浅で、釣りが出来なかった。 プールが幾つかあり、手入れがされ綺麗で、快適に泳げる。 子供が遊べる設備があり、小さな子供連れにはよさそう。 スタッフの対応も良い。

見掛け倒しのリゾート
建物の外観は素晴らしくプール周りも綺麗で一見素敵なリゾートですが、サービスに対する経営者／運営サイドのポリシーに疑問がたくさん沸きました。リゾートホテルなのに夕食の終わり時間が早過ぎで（フォードは20時ラストオーダー／レストランもバーコーナーも営業は21時まで）で、猛烈に抗議してラストオーダー後に部屋の料理を運んでいただきましたが、その際にナイフとフォークのセットをつけ忘れるということも重なり、まるで素人経営のペンションのようなオペレーションでした。他にも、たった一泊２室の滞在の中で、片方の部屋のトイレは壊れていて、もう片方の部屋のテレビは途中で故障して交換、などなど、次から次へとツッコミどころ満載で、呆れて笑えました。施設などは良いリゾートの素質十分なので、経営者や運営サイドの意識が変われば良いリゾートに変身できるかもしれませんが、残念ながら今はお薦めできませんね。

May we request for rebooking of our schedule. When we arrived at the resort on December 20, 2021 at 11pm due to 3x delayed of air flight it is not operational. The resort has no prior notice or advise that they were not operating due to typhhon affected. Hoping that Expedia could help us to rebook our schedule since it was not use and it is paid already.

Just OKAY
I am very satisfied with how friendly and courteous the staff members are but I am not happy with the room condition. The air conditioning was so bad. I did ask for electric fan but they do not have any and ended up not having a good night sleep. The bathroom drain are clogged too causing the water to flood the floor and bathtub. Food was great, simple yet tasty.

今回で8回目の利用ホテルです。だんだんとスタッフサービスが改善されています。が、ただ今回はウエルカムドリンクが奥へ置かれていたのが残念。 自分の仕事が 暇な時は フィリピン人得意のスタッフお喋りが目立つ！真面目に働く❓の姿が見えていない。（呼ぶと直ぐに来てはくれますが） 2019年10月には無かったビーチブランコが 良かった！

モーニングバイキングで無人テーブルにしちゃうと、小鳥達がお先に〜。

It can be improved!
The surroundings is very dirty and untidy. The bed linens and towels looks very old and dirty. Breakfast choices in the buffet must be improved including hygiene. Staff must be trained in terms of customer service and attention to details.

First of all I have 2 room for three days, I was so disappointed for what I paid, my reservation was in each room one double , and one twin, which what I paid online, when I checked in was given me two twin, of course I did complain to receptionist, and she said no available room, to be given to me, this is a big mistake, every day I ask for towel hand towels coffee some creamers some towels are brown colors already means too old, that’s why I ask again sometimes, Room service are very poor, this all my experience on this hotel,

STEER AWAY FROM THIS RESORT
BEWARE AND BE CAREFUL WITH THIS RESORT FOR CHARGING ITEMS YOU DID NOT CONSUME. I AM A DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER. IT STARTED WITH WAITING FOR OVER 2 HOURS FOR OUR ROOM TO BE AVAILABLE. NEXT DAY WHEN CHECKING OUT THEY CHARGED US FOR A BOTTLED WATER WE NEVER TOOK AND WHEN WAITING FOR THEM TO SORT OUT, I DECIDED TO PAY IT AS WE STILL HAVE A LONG TRIP AHEAD OF US UNTIL THE WOMAN SAID WE BETTER JUST PAY FOR IT. THIS MADE ME MAD THAT I REFUSE TO PAY INSTEAD. A GOOD MAN AT RECEPTION, WHO SERVED US THE DAY BEFORE, ADVISED THE WOMAN AT RECEPTION TO DISREGARD THE CHARGE. THERE ARE A LOT OF GOOD ACCOMMODATIONS IN THE AFEA. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESORT 😡😡😡

Hotel was not exactly what was represented in the pictures online. Rooms were dated, dusty, and had unprofessional looking ad-on lighting installed. The “beach” was terrible. The water was laden with seaweed and not swim able. The staff were friendly and accommodating. If not for them, the hotel would have been a bust.

Das Hotel ist sehr abgenutzt und dreckig. Viele Flecken in der Bettwäsche, der Boden schon lange nicht mehr geputzt usw.. Auch die restliche Anlage ist in eher desolatem Zustand. Einzig ein grosser Teil des Personals ist sehr bemüht.

Room we stayed in was dated however hotel in general was nice, staff also didn't apply happy hour when we used the bar and we had to ask them to do this

처음엔 다른 리조트에 비해 가격이 많이 저렴해서 걱정했는데, 걱정과는 달리 편안하게 쉬고 왔습니다. 공항에서 거리가 꽤 멀고, 룸 컨디션이 올드 한것 외에 수영장이나 조식, 룸서비스 등 모든 면에서 가격 대비 만족 합니다. 다음에도 세부에 가게 된다면 다시 묵을 생각입니다.
