This rental was okay for the most part; however, there was a leak from upstairs to the kitchen. Also, there was no hot water in the upstairs bathroom. You can tell there's been some updating; however, there were numerous things that could be improved (light switches not attached, sink not attached) I was impressed with the communication with the hosts. They responded quickly. Overall it suited our needs.

The space was great for families coming together for graduation and Christmas. We had plenty of space. It was also clean which was very nice and much appreciated. It is a quirky house for sure. There are projects that seem to be unfinished which we worked with. Something’s that would be appreciated would be having some board games or cards available to use, have some throw blankets and extra pillows, have more supplies like toilet paper, facial tissue, and laundry detergent. We had to buy TP because four rolls for wasn’t enough and we had no detergent to use the laundry. Overall it was a great stay.

Overall the property met our needs for our stay, there were enough beds & bedrooms for our group. Great for pets with a backyard area. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils we needed and a big table which was great for board games. There were some broken windows and blinds and the overall condition is fair. There are electrical outlets with no cover which was fine for us since we didn't have children. There was a strong smell of urine throughout the house, which I suppose is to be expected in a pet friendly vrbo. This is an attached dwelling which was a bit of a surprise but not a big deal for us. As another reviewer stated- you can tell they are working on the space and it's still a "bit under construction"

The bathtub had a crack in it and leaked in the kitchen. The sink in the kitchen is not attached to the counter. The A/C doesn't cool the house it was so hot...but the beds were comfortable, and it was clean overall.

big space, handy in town, but beware of the stairs

This property met many our needs. We had 6 adults and wanted space to gather and make food. It was handy in town to the events we had. There was a nice sitting room upstairs and a deck that we really liked and a nice kitchen and living room. There was highway noise. The property seemed to be in process of fixing up, but that was fine. My biggest concern is that we had elderly and disabled family members that struggled with the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms. They were steep and there was no railing for the top 4 stairs.

Nice stay

Place was clean and spacious. Had plenty of room for our family gathering. Kids were more than ok sleeping on couches and floor but I would say only enough beds comfortably for 8 people. We enjoyed our stay and time together
