"The Brown House" ... Perfetto per tutto Laramie e oltre

La Brown House si trova a breve distanza dal campus americano e dalla scena del centro locale. È anche a pochi passi dal parco LaPrele ... il parco è il più grande di Laramie con attrezzature per parchi giochi, un campo da golf a disco e laghetto da pesca Huck Finn. La casa è stata recentemente rinnovata per includere nuovi pavimenti, spazi aperti e 4 TV a grande schermo, ma mantiene ancora il fascino della vecchia scuola. L'intera zona giorno al piano superiore è tutta tua, insieme a un ampio cortile che include un barbecue, un tavolo da picnic e una vasca idromassaggio. Il piano inferiore è occupato da uno dei proprietari quando non lavora fuori città. Il quartiere tranquillo e sicuro è perfetto per un weekend in Laramie ... Che si tratti di godersi i giochi del fine settimana, gli sport di montagna, le lauree o persino i Cheyenne Frontier Days. La casa può ospitare nove ... non più di quanto ciò richiederà l'autorizzazione e gli adeguamenti delle tariffe.

This was a very nice home. We came up to watch our daughter graduate from UW. Then we spent a couple of days packing her up. "The Brown House" was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to anyone else who is planning a trip to Laramie!

Immaculate, warm, inviting, wonderfully maintained in every way. Enjoyed the potty , wine left for us and nibbles. Had everything we needed to make a full meal. We will definitely stay again. Glenna is a superb host and great with correspondence. No issues whatsoever.

The Brown House was very relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every night! Very clean and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The host living there was very nice and respected our privacy. We really enjoyed the view and the access to the park. We would stay there again.

The brown house was perfect for our needs. It was very cozy! We appreciated the complimentary snacks and personal touches. I missed the detail that one of the owners lived in the basement in the house profile but Glenna was great to communicate when he’d be there.

Turns out we knew a lot of the same people in Laramie. She was a fantastic host and responded quickly to any questions. The house was great with large spacious rooms which were well appointed. There is no doubt that we will be staying there again!

We had a great week exploring Laramie and the surrounding area and The Brown House was the perfect place for the 6 of us (including a 3 & 8 yo). A lot of little touches made it really feel like home. Glenna is a great host and very responsive. We had some trouble with the digital lock our second day and she was there in less than 30 minutes from my sending her a text to check it out and she had it replaced within the next hour. We will definitely stay there again if we are back in Laramie.

My whole family was thrilled with The Brown House. We had 4 adults & 3 kids under 12, and plenty of room to be together, but also have our own privacy if needed. Accomdations were great, beds were very comfortable, and the host also provided "welcome snacks & wine". We would definitely rent this home again.

Comfort on the prairie

We loved our stay at the Brown House! Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood away from the campus but close enough for activities there. Easy access and wonderful owners. The home was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed for a wonderful weekend. We will be back!!

We planned a trip to Laramie for a WY football game and got so lucky that this home was available. It is fantastic. It’s open, roomy, comfortable and we loved the backyard. Our sons college roommate had his mom and dad up for the weekend and we were able to invite them over for an impromptu BBQ in the beautiful backyard. Close to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Had everything we could need and more. We will look to book for this home every time We come to Laramie now!
