“Wouldn't hesitate to come back. Comfortable, clean, lovely owners. We hired a car last minute and were able to park off street for the duration of our stay. Walking distance to some fantastic restaurants, bars and grocery stores, small Coop and decent sized Tesco, as well as a sightseeing bus stop. Great value for money. “Wow, we have stayed in places where there a few goodies like coffee, tea, sugar:however, Kim went over the top with supplies such as juice, eggs, cereal. The place is cute, clean, and comfortable. The only reason for not giving 5 across the board is we ran out of hot water in the shower within 2-3 minutes.”

“Read the fine print - windows are optional apparently. While the bed was comfortable and we slept well, apparently there are windowless options with this hotel. Room was clean however the tile floor felt "greasy" almost like there was too much cleaning product used. I am so thankful I packed slippers. “We had a great stay in Belfast. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The clothes washer didn’t work when we arrived but the host was able to get it repaired before we left. They left us a bottle of wine and some chocolates in appreciation for our patience. They were always very easy to contact and quick to respond. “We were met with people who did not identify themselves, just followed us in the main door. There was absolutely no information about the unit, where to put trash, how to operate heating, musty smell in cupboards, the dining table was broken and unusable, tv remote did not work. Area was loud, chaotic and a violent incident involving 3 police cars, 10 police and three men put in hand cuffs, with one broken nose and other injuries, this occurred right on the property from 3 am until 10 am. ...

“I got a lock box code but no description of where the lock box was or the apartment number. Also no desciption how to park. I called the host when I got there but recieved no call back. I stopped at the bar next door who was nice enough to show me where the 2 locations where lock boxes where but had no lock box number or color and there was many of them. I had to try the code in all the boxes before I got the key. The address was a large building with many doors which were all locked but...
