Il bagno ero bruttissimo di scarso livello e con lo specchio tutto sporco e vergognoso, stanza scarsa per essere un 4 stelle sembrava da 1-2 stelle e per il prezzo andavo direttamente in un altro hotel sconsigliato e non raccomando nessuno di andare lì, servizio pure ho chiesto spiegazioni ma non mi hanno aiutato in niente

Hotel molto bello, in posizione centrale e comunque riservato e silenzioso. sembra di stare in una villa privata con tutti i confort e i servizi di un hotel

We stayed at Getsemaní Hotel in March and had a wonderful overall experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in an excellent location. We were able to walk to so many incredible restaurants, attractions, and neighborhoods, making it easy to explore Cartagena on foot. One thing that really stood out was the front door staff. They were always friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and eager to help with recommendations, transportation, or anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The only downsides were that there was construction taking place right on the corner during our stay, which created some noise, although that's obviously outside of the hotel's control. My biggest suggestion for improvement would be the pool and bar experience. There didn't seem to be enough staff available, so service was slower than expected. It would also be nice if music started earlier by the pool. Guests relaxing poolside at 9:00 or 10:00 a.m. should be able to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere with music rather than waiting until later in the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend Getsemaní Hotel. The beautiful property, outstanding location, and exceptional hospitality from the staff made it a memorable stay. With a few improvements to the pool experience, it would easily be a five-star hotel.
