“This terrible review is no reflection on Expedia, but on the property and its management. When I went to retrieve my ID for check-in, I realized that it had not been returned to me when I rented my car. Unfortunately, it was a Sunday evening and I was two states away from the car rental place, so there was no way I could contact them.
