“I had to switch rooms because level 2 is smoking rooms, and the smell travels up through the vents to the 3rd floor. Specifically the vent it came through and smelled so bad. However, the staff was very quick to make the situation better so may allergies were not bothered. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is clean but I will say the tub has a bit of peeled paint or chips but … everything else is so wonderful including the pool. Love staying here so much!”

“We had a wonderful stay at hotel Encanto during our two nights stay. The room was clean and the bed super comfortable. We loved the tile bathroom floor and the toiletries left in the bathroom. And they will be upgrading to the larger bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower area too be greener and not waste product. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub area.
