“The Customer Service was AWESOME. The Day Shift , the Evening Shift and the Overnight Shift were ALL VERY good at each of their respective jobs and made the OVERALL stay a VERY pleasant experience. As well as a CLEAN ROOM and a reasonable rate ! I We HIIGHLY recommend This Hotel and We DEFINITELY have Our Hotel of Choice the next time We are going through the Los Alamos area.”

“The breakfast food was very good, the coffee very bitter and strong. The room was comfortable with a big shower. Regarding the cleaning, there was a long hair inside a towel.”

“Had to wait for clerk who was on a personal call. No Wi-Fi. No night manager on duty. Morning manager didn’t show up and breakfast could not be prepared because food was locked up. Mike Romero, the maintenance man, took charge, found the way to unlock the food to serve breakfast. Long black hair in the bathroom. ”
