“Very pretty place - room was very nice. The mattress was pretty rough - very lumpy - not comfortable. The pillows were great. Loved all the shampoo n lotion in bathroom. Other than the luggage / valet person (who was very friendly and helpful) the staff was not that pleasant. Chose this place as soo close to the opera but the next adventure will try another place as there are so many choices in the surrounding area and many of them also include breakfast. ”
