“The room we stayed in was very comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evening. However, we experienced less than professional and disrespectful snarky service from Daniela at the front desk. One evenings after dinner I asked for new keys to our room, I made three attempts to the room to unlock the door and the keys didn’t work.
