“Great house, beautiful views, awesome town to explore. Lots to do and see in the area for nature lovers, looking forward to visiting again!”

“Very easy to get in. When you walk in you just say wow! It was better than the brochures. We love the pool table. My grandson plays pool and that was something we could do every evening. Hot tub was great and sitting around the fire pit in the evening was perfect. It was nice that we could take our little dog. Beds were comfortable. I definitely recommend this for a family reunion.”

“Very nice stay near the river. Had a few minor issues that were resolved quickly by the host. I would recommend staying here. It was great for our little family trip. Perfect location near parks and water park.”

“Great place to stay for our visit to white sands. Comfortable and convenient with everything we needed. Highly recommend!”

“The accommodations are beautiful. It is quite and relaxing place to stay while visiting Mesilla or Las Cruces.”

“Such a cool place! It was a shame we were only there a short time. Everything you need, cool decor, comfortable and nicely done! Great communication, clear and simple check in and out. Great location less than about 10 minutes from anything you want to do.”

“Beautiful house overlooking Grindstone lake. We had enough room for our family to stay and cheer me on while racing the inaugural Ironman 70.3 triathlon in Ruidoso. The deck was perfect for watching the swim course, especially since we brought a spotting scope on a tripod. The house was well supplied and we had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend!”

“The Nutt House is our favorite place to stay! The location is ideal, away from most of the noise and traffic yet close enough to most everything! We’ve had elk, deer and wild horses graze in the back area, hummingbirds in the morning are a treat to watch as we sit out on the deck enjoying a cup of coffee, the trees and view are so satisfying and relaxing. The house is well laid out, even though the main bedroom is downstairs (good exercise for my knees!) the kitchen is well stocked, even has a...
