“My husband and I have been coming to the St. Francis for 30 years but this will be our last time. Our room was hot, ac blew out hot air. TV wouldn’t work and when we told the staff we were told “maintenance can’t do anything for you so we will move you to another room.” So they move us from a big spacious room to a tiny corner room with a mini fridge on the floor and no room to walk around the bed.
