Motel in New Mexico

“Clean room, laundry equipment worked fine and was clean. Room was a great value. Good location. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“Soap dispensers in room were empty. ”

“Stayed one night while attending a concert in Silver City. The cost was good, and it had everything we needed for the night. Heat/cool worked, lots of hot water, easy access at a convenient location. Didn't try the fridge, microwave, or TV for the one night. We're used to a more rigid bed, and this ain't that. Every small move was like an earthquake. Even tossing a t-shirt on the bed made it ripple in waves. Would prefer a more solid bed.”

“Staff is horrible,they don't explain you about the charges about a security deposit, I ended habing 5 transactions and my deposit haven't been refunded yet. Horrible service the key door didn't open at move in had to wait outside more than expected. At 4 am had to leave for work went to my car ans the door key didn't open at all, I was calling no one to open the door had to wait sitting there for 5 hours until the office opens. They don't have an emergency number. It's a horrible property...
