“The breakfast food was very good, the coffee very bitter and strong. The room was comfortable with a big shower. Regarding the cleaning, there was a long hair inside a towel.”

“A little confused by your handicap accessibility in the room, considering the beds were high and the only assistance bar in the bathroom was IN the far wall of the shower and the tub edge was a 2 foot step over but otherwise it was clean, great location, staff was friendly, and I will probably stay here again. Might ask for wheelchair accessable if I bring my handicapped friend again.”

“Great value for Santa Fe. Rooms were large and clean. The breakfast showed some thoughtfulness, as it was varied a bit each day to add some variety. The staff were wonderful. They anticipated our needs and offered great recommendations.”

“We arrived a couple of hours early than expected and were allowed to check in after a brief wait. Everyone was very courteous, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, inviting and quiet. The buffet breakfast was more than what we expected and had a variety of options. Fresh brewed coffee was available at all times. We will return to this hotel when we travel to Santa Fe again.”

“Had to wait for clerk who was on a personal call. No Wi-Fi. No night manager on duty. Morning manager didn’t show up and breakfast could not be prepared because food was locked up. Mike Romero, the maintenance man, took charge, found the way to unlock the food to serve breakfast. Long black hair in the bathroom. ”

“We were satisfied with everything. There was a small glitch in our Expedia reservation getting through. Luckily we brought a printout of the reservation which they honored ”
