Hotel a Cochiti Lake

“The breakfast food was very good, the coffee very bitter and strong. The room was comfortable with a big shower. Regarding the cleaning, there was a long hair inside a towel.”

“It has a good location but it is noisy and uncomfortable. The rooms lack any sound insulation and you can hear everything in the hands and the rooms next to and above you. Three parking lot has really bright lights that light up the rooms at night, making it hard to sleep. The staff is not nice if you used expedia instead of biking directly with them. The breakfast area is dirty.”

“Had to wait for clerk who was on a personal call. No Wi-Fi. No night manager on duty. Morning manager didn’t show up and breakfast could not be prepared because food was locked up. Mike Romero, the maintenance man, took charge, found the way to unlock the food to serve breakfast. Long black hair in the bathroom. ”

“We had a bug in the bathroom and the sheets were dirty . Staff was nice , breakfast was good . Air conditioning great . The only thing I don’t like is that you have to sign in to get free wifi .”

“Ramada Santa Fe is an excellent value. This is more of a hotel than motel, as all indoor entry. The rooms are large with very comfortable beds and seating. Fridge, microwave and large flat screen tv. Keurig type coffee maker. It’s a very safe environment. Decent modern bathroom with tub shower. Would be a 10 except head manager can be grumpy, not sure why. Other staff are fine.”

“Started with a clean room, but housekeeping did not clean our room during our stay. We asked for clean towels but didn’t receive any. I walked down to housekeeping room and got my own towels for family. I also emptied our own trash. Front lobby clerk in the morning was rude and I think he tried to be funny but was annoying with his words. We had a leak to ac unit. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. Second day they ran out of coffee right away so I recommend going down early....

“We had switched from another hotel that was very disappointing. We were very happy with the hotel. The only complaint is the ac was right next to the bed so that person froze and the other bed was warm. Not great room planning.”
