“The breakfast food was very good, the coffee very bitter and strong. The room was comfortable with a big shower. Regarding the cleaning, there was a long hair inside a towel.”

“The staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was beautiful! Soaking in the hot springs and animal therapy with the puppies and silky chickens was blissful! The massages were great however my massage therapist did not know the ingredients of the hair oil she was using. My husband said his massage therapist abruptly left after she said “your time is over”. Kinda made him feel like just a number. Some of the bath towels were torn and dirty. “The experience was not good. We were able to sleep there, that is about it. Pool was closed and the floors were not clean. The mattresses looked like that had been badly soiled and not replaced. This property is not doing anything as far as upkeep. I had to tighten screws on the shower knobs just to be able to turn the handles. I should have been paid to stay there because of all the issues. The safety lock on the door only had 2 out of 4 screws even holding it in. We will not stay a this...

“I booked the property on Expedia and the confirmation stated check in was available from 11am-4pm. I arrived at 12:20pm to check in and was informed the hotel charges an additional $50 for checking in before 4pm. The Expedia confirmation didn’t indicate an additional fee. Also, when checking in I informed the hotel concierge that I requested a late check out on the day of departure. On the day of departure, I went downstairs to confirm the late departure request and the concierge was not aware...

“This is my 2nd time staying here. I love the location, their breakfast, teas and espresso coffee machine they offer. Rooms have been super clean as well as the hallways. Roof top bar was great as well but needs more staffing as there was a 20 min wait for drinks. But understandable as they did not have enough people. Overall great stay.”

“Great location! The staff was super nice. My two complaints is that the rooms have a musty smell to them. & I think they are understaffed in the restaurant. We waited awhile to get sat, and to get our order taken we ended up just leaving and eating somewhere else. The staff is great! And the location of the hotel was great! And the price was great for the location!”
