“Staff will ask you to check out due to harassment from other guests, even with animals - before trying to fix the issue at the property. Will not assist with security regarding people bothering you at your room, and staff is very rude and ignorant. I’d recommend any issues are reported to Metro so they can request video footage - but management is scarce and is the only there sometimes - so if there is a major issue, nothing can be done until in the morning. And will not be the location to work...

“I showed up to check in at 9pm after driving 6 hours. The place was shut down. No notification whatsoever. I had to spend an extra $200 to find a last minute hotel. I saw mattresses in the dumpster so I assume they had bed bugs. I can't believe they are still taking reservations. ”
