“I did not like the fact of no having hand soap and bodywash dispensers in the bathroom. We were two adults and two kids. We just had two little soap bars.
Also, we just had two big towers and four little ones, and when we asked for two more towers they gave more little towers instead.”

“I showed up to check in at 9pm after driving 6 hours. The place was shut down. No notification whatsoever. I had to spend an extra $200 to find a last minute hotel. I saw mattresses in the dumpster so I assume they had bed bugs. I can't believe they are still taking reservations. ”
