“The pool was out of service on Sunday and multiple elevators to the room towers were being repaired.”

“The room size was great! The WiFi worked well. The staff were friendly. Although we cranked the AC down as far as it could go and left it there, our room was still warm. We kept the blackout curtains closed during the day to help mitigate the heat. The shower was small and moldy. All of the handles on the drawers were sticky, so much so that I had to wash my hands to get rid of what transferred to my hands. The in room safe was a joke. It would not even hold my purse, which is of average size.”
