“the property was clean, the concern i had is there were three cars broken into on the property and nothing was done so make sure your car is insured fully not just liability cause the crashing car widows can be very expensive to replace. the tvs didnt work and there was no Ac in the room but they moved me with no problem to another room.. AND THEY CHARGE 4.99 A DAY FOR PARKING WITH NO SECURITY!”

“The location is excellent. If you are looking for super closeness to Sea World, it's great. Considering this hotel is in the "budget friendly" category it is disappointing they do not have free breakfast and shocking that they charge for parking. We have stayed at several other hotel chains similar in price and get free parking and breakfast. So this sadly, is a one and done for us. ”

“The property was well maintained and very convenient for our visit to Lackland AFB.
The staff was friendly but could use more training with their reservation system. We checked out a day early and originally told that we would be refunded the day we had paid for. The next morning the manager informed us that would not be the case and we had to forfeit the room charge for the day.
The breakfast was not the greatest, but passable. We do enjoy having the mini kitchen in our room.
