“Picked up the key, but only returned to the van after hours. Door did not lock at all and the bolt came out when the key was turned. Called the emergency number, only to be rudely told "What do you want me to do about it, I'm at work 30 min away". I said that the door didn't lock and that would need to be fixed. the reply "Oh, we've known about that for a few weeks and it will be fixed next week". “Everything was as expected, a beautiful clean room with quality utensils, etc. The bathroom is divine and the place itself gloriously peaceful.”

“Very Central Location. Clean. Old and dated. Was allocated a basement room below street level in front of the hotel so noise from the street (cars/people walking by). On the first night was disturbed around midnight by noisy guests having loud conversations which continued for more than an hour. May not have been an issue if we were on the upper floors. ”

“The property was ideally situated. I Was overall a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the property seeing I would consider the premium price tag.”
