Hotel a Laurel

“It was a quick and cheap place. It was clean, and they had a minimal continental breakfast. AC worked, which was a plus. The staff was very helpful. You can tell they had updated some parts, but it still showed some past wear in the ceilings and walls. Not an amazing property, but it did the job for a few days.”

“I’m not one to complain or leave bad reviews but wow, terrible. The room was not the cleanest looking, dried hard mud in the bathroom. I have severe dust mite allergies and I had a reaction just standing in the room for a few minutes. It triggered an asthma attack. My teenage daughter and I ended up walking into another hotel and praying for an open room there.”

“Electric outlets not working had to change rooms. Then toilet didn’t flush no water. Hairdryer nor telephone worked. Could not change channels on tv. From the 4 nights we stayed only 1 time the beds were made. At evening nobody is ever at the desk. Breakfast items running low or not available. We stayed here last year and we had no trouble at all. Maybe they were understaffed and they were in a remodel.”

“Room was okay, but toilet wobbled badly and bathroom shower/tub drain was so slow that you showered in ankle deep water. Breakfast was ok but not well stocked. Apple juice was expired. There was 1 apple and brown bananas. I chose an English muffin that was not fresh at all. It was very hard. Ice machines were all “broken”.”
