Hotel vicino a Laurel Park Tennis Center - Atlanta

“Great hotel in a really good location (proximity to shopping, dining, sightseeing was great). Not super walkable (due to roadway) but easy to get to several places in quick time. Golf course on site was good and staff was excellent.”

“I don’t want to leave a totally bad review, because the room was clean and bed was very comfortable. However, there were people just hanging out in the outdoor walkways and stairwells, and sirens on the nearby street pretty much all night long. The sirens aren’t the hotel’s fault, but there’s little to dampen the noise. Breakfast options were very minimal - bagels and toast, yogurt, and cereal. No proteins, not even a boiled egg. “The hotel is a good hotel. My biggest problem is having to pay for parking. It is not the right type of location or parking lot for this. It is a pure tax money grab. If this were in a city or with a parking garage I would understand.”

“The suite was perfect, it was fully equipped with the household essentials that you would need for everyday living. The suite was spotless. The staff was great. The parking was sufficient. I enjoyed my stay. I was there for 5 days and no complaints whatsoever. If I were to come back to Kennesaw, this would be where I would stay again.”

“There were multiple trash can that were full in each of the hallways and no associate took it out, some repairs need to be done to the facility like new doors and paint for the walls.”

“Even though we were staying at the hotel, they charged us $10.00 to park because there was a home baseball game with the Braves that night. They said it was for event parking. The stadium was over 15 miles away. A total rip off Would drive further or stay at another brand, even though we are Hilton club members.”

“Anton at the front desk was very helpful, room was clean and cool, the breakfast was delicious and the kitchen staff cheerful and friendly. A great stay. Will be coming back when we visit The Battery again.”

“Just what I needed”

“Overall, I was happy with my experience. The only thing I was unhappy about was check in. Upon arrival, the staff member asked for my name. I gave it to them and there was no further dialogue other being told to wait for 10-15 minutes. After waiting about 25-30 minutes and seeing several other people check in without issue, I approached the front desk to ask if my room was ready. The staff member replied with a no its not ready. I asked why it wouldn't be for it was 4:30, an hour and a half...

“Paying for”

“Property is old and run down, the lobby is very nice; but the rooms you can tell have seen some wear and tear. Our bedroom lamps were broken and being held up with black tape; the fridge barely cooled, microwave was in poor condition, the shower head was broken and shower curtain all tattered and ripped. Not was I was expecting from a Hampton.”

“Water was seeping up through the floor, rooms smelled musty and stale, bathroom doors looked like they were chewed up, and fire sprinklers were covered with what looked like wet toilet paper. Staff didn’t seem too concerned after we had said we were cancelling our stay and asked for a refund. Spend the extra $50 and stay somewhere else.”
